KARACHI: A networking session – 30th LADIESFUND Energy Lunch – took place with a talk by architect Syed Akeel Bilgrami on the Mohatta Palace Museum.
Former Ambassador to the United Nations Abdullah Hussain Haroon and Curator of the Pakistan Pavilion at Dubai Expo Noorjehan Bilgrami were the main guest and guest of honor, respectively.
The event brought together 30 incredible women leaders, including former MP and SZABIST chairperson Shanaz Wazir Ali, Apwa chairperson Charmaine Hiyatullah, co-founder and administrator of tje Karachi Biennale Trust Niilufer Farrukh, Faiza Samee, Zeenat Saeed Ahmed , Ammara Maqsood, Bebo Haider, Angaleen Angarwalla, Zareen Qureshi as well as 10 incredible men, including sculptor Amin Gulgee, designer Deepak Perwani, President of the National Academy of Performing Arts Junaid Zuberi and Deputy Head of the British Mission Martin Dawson .
“With this 30th lunch, we are developing this pool as agents of change and the sectors represented,” said LADIESFUND President Tara Uzra Dawood.
