Norma Marie Randolph, 1946-2021 – The Sun-Gazette newspaper

Norma Marie Randolph died on November 18, 2021 in Visalia, California. She was born on October 1, 1946 to Zetta Elaine Turner and Mike Torres in Exeter, California.

Norma Marie Randolph

She is survived by two daughters, Lisa de Castro and her husband Junie de Castro and two beautiful boys Ayden and Aaron; and Trisha Miller and her husband Barney Miller. Norma loved to be with her grandsons. They are the ones who kept it going.

Norma had a year and a half long battle after surviving a major stroke. His life partner Joseph Manuel Leyvas has been his lifeline for over 15 years. They grew up together and have known each other their entire lives. Her daughters Qortnei, Socorro and her son Joseph and their children and grandchildren treated her with so much love and respect and she loved them all. He took so much care of her with love. They were definitely soul mates.

Before retiring years ago, she opened her own jewelry store, which was a dream for her. Norma’s jewelry box was opened in Exeter in 1996 and she managed it for over 10 years. She was proud of what she did and it showed.

Norma was a beautiful woman and a wonderful mother and grandmother. We miss her every day and will always be. Her latest request is to be cremated and buried alongside her mother and her first grandson Andrew de Castro.

Friends and family are invited to join us in an informal ceremony at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 7. December 30, 2021 at the Exeter District Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith Family Chapel, Exeter. Online condolences can be sent to
